Phuket One

The project

A breezy valley becomes the organising idea for this mixed-use proposal in Phuket. An open corner plaza connects the development to the street, while bridges and shared terraces extend public life through the building. Roof gardens, coworking spaces and outdoor gathering areas create a layered tropical community. The design combines planting, natural ventilation, cascading water and rainwater collection as strategies for responding to the local climate.
