The project

In Riyue Bay, a resort community connects a surf lagoon, hotel buildings and a lively commercial street between hillside and coast. Reef-like forms and layered balconies respond to the coastal setting while preserving views across the water. Ecological paths connect the different programmes into one walkable destination.
