Tianlan Coast Residences

The project

Overlooking the Qiantang River, eighteen residential buildings are staggered to extend views through the neighbourhood. Their compact footprints make room for a large central garden and two smaller gardens. A shared architectural language combines aluminium and glass, while curved balconies give the riverfront buildings a distinct silhouette.
