At the gateway to Business Bay, LUMENA brings a sculpted office tower to Dubai’s skyline. Terraces, sky gardens and shared spaces extend the workplace beyond the desk. gad led the concept and initial schematic design, with Atkins responsible for further design development and construction documentation.
