Fengqi Jianghe Business Center

The project

Four towers step down towards the south at a prominent corner near the Grand Canal. Their graduated heights balance a visible urban presence with river views and daylight to the inner court. A corner plaza connects shops and office lobbies to the street, while a sunken courtyard incorporates a flexible event hall with an opening façade and retractable seating. The EPC project combines workplaces, commerce and shared spaces within a dense urban setting.
