Baozhiyi BMW Showroom & Offices

The project

On a triangular site near the Qiantang River, Baozhiyi combines an automotive showroom below with offices above. The upper floors turn progressively towards the river, releasing a generous, inverted triangular space at the base for vehicle display, customer reception and delivery. The resulting profile gives a familiar commercial programme a distinct presence in the city.
