Where it fits
A development team needs to compare a few realistic site strategies while keeping its feasibility assumptions visible.
What goes in
Site boundary, typology specifications, optional presets and solve filters. Zoning information is applied where Zoneomics data is available.
What comes out
An All Solves list, selectable schemes and pinned parameters for further refinement.
How to read the capability
The documented sequence separates producing alternatives from adopting one. Red values indicate results exceeding the desired filters; they are not hidden. This is useful for a review in which the team must explain why a higher-capacity option was rejected.
Limits to keep in view
Available zoning data is not a complete planning opinion. A red result needs review, not automatic acceptance. This profile makes no claim that generative design is the same technology as image generation, or that a solve will obtain approval.
A practical evaluation checklist
Set back-to-back comparison rules: identical site, area definitions, parking assumptions and exclusions.
Inspect one result outside each critical filter; establish why the model allowed it and whether it is usable.
Record correction time and credits consumed alongside the viable alternatives, using your own project.
